Features.
  • For transportation of foodstuffs.
    Conformed to "Food Sanitary Law, Notification of Ministry of Health , Labor and Welfare No.201" (Except for dissolving test on oils and fats and fat-related food, Heptanes).
  • Can be washed by hot water* or 95% ethanol, and keeps cleanliness.
  • Possible to incinerate after hose used. Noxious fume** is not generated (Ratio of ashes burning out is less than 0.1%).
  • Transparent wall enables visual check of the material flow.
  • Flexibility enables labor-saving.
  • With reinforcing fiber, can withstand pressure Max. 0.5 Mpa (5.1 kgf/cm2).
  • Lightness enables the hose to float on water.
* Conditions of hot water Washing : Temperature : 80oC or less Pressure: 0.1MPs or less, Pressurization time : up to 3 minutes.
** Hydrogen chloride, SOx, NOx, Hydrogen cyanide, and Ammonia.
CAUTIONS
Please avoid the use and storage over the long period of time in the outdoors.
Applications.
  • For transportation of sake, liquor, soft-drinks, etc.
  • For transportation of other foodstuffs. (Liquid and powder conveying.
  • For equipment piping of factory which acquires ISO14001.
  • For transportation of indoor washing water at atomic-energy power stations (Can burn out hoses after use, which can decrease volume).
  • Additionally, for suction and delivery of general usage.
* Please take a range of 0C to 50oC as standard allowable temperature, subject ot change of allowable pressure depending on use temperature. (In case of continuous use, 40C or less is recommended.)
* No-suitable for transportation of oily foodstuff or fluid.
