Features.
  • Can be used for oils and fats, fat-related foods and general foods, conformed to Foods.
    Conformed to "Food Sanitary Law, Notification of Ministry of Healths, Labor and Welfare No.201" (All items including heptanes).
  • Hygienic, can be cleaned with hot water* or with 95% Ethanol.
  • Can be incinerated by fire after use, no noxious gas** is generated (ash less than 0.1%).
  • Translucent wall enables visual check of the material flow.
  • With reinforcing fiber, can withstand pressure Max. 0.5 Mpa (5.1 kgf/cm2).
  • Lightness enable the hose to float on water.
* Conditions of Hot Water Washing: Temperature: 80oC or less, Pressure: 0.1Mpa or less, Pressurization time: up to 30 minutes,
** Hydrogen chloride, SOx, NOx, Hydrogen cyanide, and Ammonia.
CAUTIONS
Please avoid the use and storage over the long period of time in the outdoors.
Applications
  • For Transportation of food oil, alcoholic drinks such as Sake, Liquor, soft drinks, etc (liquid and powder conveying).
* Please take a range of 0c to 60oC as standard allowable temperature, subject to change of allowable pressure depending on use temparature.
In case of continuous use, 50oC or less is recommended.
